About The Position

ELEMIS is looking to hire a Creative Designer who is passionate about brand storytelling. Reporting to the Creative Team Lead, this is a multifaceted role which will see you designing assets for digital including Meta, YouTube, Email, Amazon, and more. The go-to for all US creative design needs, you will help ELEMIS deliver elevated brand stories that resonate with the US market. We need someone technically strong on digital design, including Video editing, and who has luxury brand sensitivity. Partnering with Marketing and E-Commerce stakeholders on a daily basis, as well as the Global Brand Design team (based in London), you will deliver assets aligned to global brand guidelines and localised to target audiences.

Requirements

A skilled designer with a sharp eye for composition, typography, and brand storytelling across digital.
Confident working across multiple formats and deliverables, from social reels and banners to large-scale OOH.
Comfortable balancing creative flair with commercial priorities and tight deadlines.
A clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and apply strong design judgement.
Native in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma or equivalent design platforms.
Proven experience in creating social, paid media, and OOH assets to a luxury standard in line with brand guidelines.
Exposure to motion graphics experience and fluent with After Effects.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Creative team, US Marketing, Digital and Retail teams to understand project objectives and strategy.
Generate clear ideas and concepts (produce mockups, storyboards, roughs) based on briefs from cross-functional partners.
Design and produce engaging video content and animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Take work from concept to final execution while meeting deadlines.
Create content for Social Media including animations and motion graphics.
Develop badges/icons, Illustrations, and educational infographics.
Edit and produce high quality video content including transitions, and motion graphics based on briefs.
Design marketing collateral such as event materials, Kits, GWP, presentations, packaging inserts, Emails, and landing pages.
Own ad hoc channel for incoming requests such as resizes, last minute paid and online needs.
Review vendor work to ensure high quality.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our US creative projects.
Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars
