About The Position

As a Junior Copywriter on our Renewals team, you'll write the words that keep our members engaged, informed, and excited to continue their journey with Decentralized Masters. You'll work closely with our Membership Directors and Renewals team to craft copy that re-engages members at renewal time and helps them see the ongoing value of their membership.

Requirements

1+ year of copywriting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) with a portfolio that shows clear, persuasive writing - recent graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
A genuine interest in finance, blockchain technology, and the democratization of financial services (crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement).
Strong writing fundamentals - grammar, clarity, and the ability to match tone across formats (email, SMS, web).
An eagerness to learn retention and lifecycle marketing copywriting, with curiosity about what makes people stay.
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback - you'll work closely with mentors and senior copywriters who will help you grow fast.
Comfort managing multiple copy requests and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

Write emails, SMS, and in-app messaging that drive membership renewals - from early reminders to last-chance offers.
Partner with Membership Directors to write persuasive reoffer and downsell messaging for members considering leaving.
Turn member wins, testimonials, and success stories into compelling proof points that support renewal campaigns.
Support broader renewal-lifecycle content, including one-pagers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging angles, then use the results to sharpen future campaigns.
Work alongside senior copywriters, marketers, and mentors to make sure every piece of copy sounds like Decentralized Masters and speaks directly to our members' goals.
