Requirements

1+ year of copywriting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) with a portfolio showcasing clear, persuasive writing.
Recent graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
Genuine interest in finance, blockchain technology, and the democratization of financial services.
Strong writing fundamentals, including grammar, clarity, and the ability to match tone across different formats (email, SMS, web).
Eagerness to learn retention and lifecycle marketing copywriting, with curiosity about member retention drivers.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Comfort managing multiple copy requests and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

Write emails, SMS, and in-app messaging for membership renewal campaigns, including early reminders and last-chance offers.
Partner with Membership Directors to write persuasive reoffer and downsell messaging for members considering leaving.
Transform member wins, testimonials, and success stories into compelling proof points for renewal campaigns.
Support broader renewal-lifecycle content, including one-pagers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging angles, and use results to refine future campaigns.
Collaborate with senior copywriters, marketers, and mentors to ensure all copy aligns with the Decentralized Masters brand and speaks to member goals.
