A growing Monsey-based company is seeking a Junior Controller to help lead its day-to-day accounting operations. Working closely with the CFO and Controller, you'll oversee AP, AR, and bookkeeping while managing a small team — an excellent opportunity to build your leadership track record in a company on the rise.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and balance sheet items
- Maintain the chart of accounts
- Help prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Assist with variance analysis (budget vs. actual)
- Support preparation of management reports and board packages
- Review or supervise AP/AR processes
- Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Monitor cash flow
- Lead and guide a small finance team
