About The Position

Uare.ai is hiring an early-career content producer to create short-form videos featuring real people using the company’s AI platform to build and grow their businesses. The role involves producing several videos each week for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, with compensation that includes a base salary and milestone and performance bonuses tied to video results.

The producer will tell stories about how professionals use Uare.ai, show the actual platform on screen, and test different hooks, formats, and lengths. The role is based in person across Uare.ai’s San Francisco and Los Altos offices and reports to the Content Lab lead. The expected annual base salary is $70,000–$85,000, with equity and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Requirements

• Portfolio of short videos with demonstrated results, such as views, followers gained, or engagement.
• Fast, confident editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, Descript, or similar tools.
• A feel for hooks and pacing in the first three seconds.
• Comfortable on camera or skilled at directing people who are.
• Curiosity about AI and how small businesses grow.
• Apply with links to three short videos made by the applicant and the results of each.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building an audience from zero.
• Motion graphics or captions-styling skills.

Responsibilities

• Script, shoot, and edit several short-form videos each week for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Turn stories about professionals using Uare.ai into short videos featuring a real person and a real result.
• Show the actual Uare.ai platform on screen rather than using mockups.
• Test hooks, formats, and video lengths; track results and produce more of what works.
• Work toward goals for views, engagement, and sign-ups.
