About The Position

We are a software development company based in Wrocław with a team of over 130 professionals who have delivered more than 900 custom web and mobile solutions globally. We are seeking a Junior Content & Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Team. This role will focus on enhancing our online visibility and brand presence by leveraging AI tools to transform content ideas into effective social videos and SEO-optimized articles.

Requirements

• Comfortable using tools for content creation and optimization.
• Ability to use tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Figma etc.) to create clean, engaging content.
• Confident using AI for ideation, editing, repurposing, and workflow automation.
• Detail-oriented; you catch small issues before they go live and care about content quality.
• Fluent in both Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and optimization of blog and social content (including video content) using AI tools to improve reach, engagement, and search visibility.
• Collaborate on producing engaging, “scroll-stopping” native videos for social platforms.
• Use AI tools to transform long-form content into high-performing Reels, Shorts, and Stories that drive traffic and engagement.
• Refresh existing blog posts with guided, AI-supported updates to improve performance and rankings.
• Help to strengthen our website’s structure by identifying and adding internal links using AI-driven workflows to boost SEO and user journeys.
• Ensure all content meets SEO and brand standards, including clear structure, metadata, and accessibility (headers, alt-text, etc.).
