Responsibilities

  • Prepare highly accurate new account paperwork, process dynamic account changes, and initiate account transfer paperwork while rigorously verifying asset transfer eligibility.
  • Perform vital administrative duties that support the client experience, including professional telephone coverage, coordinating complex client meetings, and calendar maintenance.
  • Prepare physical and digital materials for client meetings, ensuring all financial reports, estate planning summaries, and marketing materials are pristine and ready for presentation.
  • Maintain perfectly accurate, up-to-date client records within the CRM, ensuring all KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence and regulatory documents are filed correctly and securely.
