Requirements

  • 1–2 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ERP or purchasing systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source products, materials, and services from approved suppliers.
  • Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Obtain and compare supplier quotes to identify cost-effective purchasing solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor outstanding orders and proactively resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documentation.
  • Support supplier performance reviews and contract administration activities.
  • Assist with cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Partner with warehouse, operations, production, and finance teams to support business needs.
  • Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procurement procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support for the procurement team.
