Requirements

1–2 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using ERP or purchasing systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Source products, materials, and services from approved suppliers.
Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Obtain and compare supplier quotes to identify cost-effective purchasing solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor outstanding orders and proactively resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documentation.
Support supplier performance reviews and contract administration activities.
Assist with cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Partner with warehouse, operations, production, and finance teams to support business needs.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procurement procedures.
Provide general administrative support for the procurement team.
