Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1 - 2 years of related work experience (Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst)
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, Qlik).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent organization skills.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred, not required).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (C#, Python, Javascript)
• Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and software development best practices.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of APIs and integration methods.
• Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regularly scheduled reports, develop ad-hoc analyses, design intuitive dashboards that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor data pipelines, ensuring uptime.
• Partner with teams across Marketing, Customer Care, and Construction to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with BI Developers and Data Engineers to align models, pipelines, and integrations with analytical requirements.
• Stay current on BI tools, programming frameworks, and emerging data technologies to collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Developers to recommend best practices.
