About The Position

LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS CENTER FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION innovation (CTEi) is seeking a full-time, year-round Junior Building Custodian. This position involves 8 hours per night, 5 nights per week, with scheduled evening shifts generally from 2pm to 10:30pm. During the summer months, the schedule will be Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm. The role includes general cleaning, supply stocking, function setup/breakdown, coverage for weekend events, snow removal, and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects, and shoveling snow.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (buffer, scrubber, vacuum, etc.).
• Must be able to pass a State and Federal criminal background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in the use of personal computers and other modern office equipment, including office software.

• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and supply stocking for classrooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, and corridors.
