About The Position

First Table is hiring an entry-level Business Development Manager to grow its presence across London. This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role with a defined London patch, a target list based on market data, and support from experienced BDMs. The role suits someone who is confident, driven, quick to learn, and interested in food, restaurants, or hospitality; previous sales experience and a degree are not required. The successful candidate will visit restaurants in person, build relationships with owners and managers, pitch First Table, and sign restaurants up to the platform. They will help new partners set up and publish their first offers, maintain relationships with prospects who are not ready to join, and keep the sales pipeline current in HubSpot. Structured onboarding, coaching, feedback, and a path to Senior BDM are offered as the London team grows. First Table is a dining discovery platform connecting diners and restaurants. Established in Queenstown, New Zealand, the company operates in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, and aims to strengthen its presence and team across the UK. Its stated values are Grow Together, Win-Win-Win, and Own It.
