  • Coursework or experience in aerospace engineering, aerostructures, or avionics preferred.
  • Hands-on technical experience with aircraft, unmanned systems, electromechanical equipment, or comparable engineering projects.
  • Experience with DARPA Design, Build, Fly or Formula SAE programs desirable.
  • Experience as a technician or fleet manager, including asset lifecycle management, maintenance coordination, equipment reliability, or related technical responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities, with the ability to investigate equipment faults, interpret technical information, and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to understand interconnected hardware, software, maintenance, and operational processes and identify improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently, learning new technologies, and prioritizing competing responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, operators, external suppliers, technical partners, and customers.
  • Strong commitment to aviation safety, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and sound technical judgment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the United States and internationally, including Canada, India, and Australia, to support maintenance, field operations, and project requirements.
