Requirements

  • Ability to work various shifts in a 24-hour period, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to travel for extended periods sometimes with short notice. This includes training events.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and recover fleet of aircraft and perform required maintenance.
  • Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot systems of the aircraft including airframes, engine, landing gear, electrical components, and control systems components.
  • Properly complete work order signoffs, shift turnovers, and other paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Store aircraft components and support equipment securely and safely.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and Flight Operations Manual (FOM).
  • Coordinate with the Aviation Maintenance Lead and or the Director of Maintenance to ensure compliance with FAA inspection and documentation requirements.
  • Act as a Micron representative and oversee maintenance activities by vendors either at home base or in their facilities.
  • Effectively use approved AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity, data analysis, reporting accuracy, and operational decision-making while ensuring compliance with company data security and confidentiality requirements.
