Our dedicated team of professionals have a clear and deep understanding of AV systems and product requirements, along with the real-world understanding of the challenges our customers contend with. Together, we produce key audiovisual systems to ensure the continuity of communications which is often critical. And, the camaraderie within ITS is evident both on and off the job!

Requirements

• Top Secret security clearance
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work on ladders and at heights safely
• Must be willing and able to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the permanent installation and Mounting of equipment, such as. projectors, projection screens, monitors, speakers, and microphones, to ceilings and walls in secure spaces
• Configuring AV equipment including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp
• Fabricating, terminating, and installing AV and IT cabling; RJ-45, DB-9, 3.5mm, and XLR
• Configuring video conferencing solutions Polycom and CISCO
• Testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of various AV systems
• Assisting in troubleshooting and diagnosing existing AV systems
• Working with cabling and equipment under tables, in equipment racks, on scaffolding, and ladders
• Performing other related duties as assigned
