About The Position

One Federal Solution is seeking a Junior Associate Dashboard Developer to support data optimization and reporting activities for the ICE Office of Financial Management (OFM) Customer Service Program. The Junior Associate Dashboard Developer will support the identification, extraction, transformation, analysis, visualization, and reporting of program and financial data. This position will assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, summary reports, management tools, and executive-level visuals used to assess project status, schedules, costs, and overall program performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools, and an understanding of financial management, project management, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in activity-based cost (ABC) modeling and cost model development.
  • Demonstrated experience performing data analyses of Financial and Accounting Shared Services (FASS) costs, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting using advanced Excel functions, data visualization tools, and other relevant data analysis platforms.
  • Demonstrated Federal sector experience in Change Management and Release Management.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Writing/technical writing experience crafting user guides and technical requirement materials, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documenting business processes and workflows.
  • Expertise in project management, financial management, and customer service.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT, computer sciences, data analytics, or related field.
  • Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and management reporting tools.
  • Experience working with Federal Government financial management data.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience developing executive-level reports and presentations.

  • Master's degree preferred for mid-level and required for senior-level positions.

Responsibilities

  • Support Data Optimization for the ICE OFM Customer Service Program.
  • Identify data buckets, build and maintain data extracts, and translate data into actionable reports.
  • Develop and maintain MIPPS summary reports, dashboards, and management tools used by the CO, COR, GPM, and GTM to assess project status.
  • Produce executive-summary visuals illustrating project plan and schedule status for weekly, monthly, and biannual reporting.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and reporting of FASS cost data using advanced Excel functions, data visualization tools, and other data analysis platforms.
  • Support data analysis and reporting activities to ensure information is accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of dashboards and management reports used by program leadership and stakeholders.
