About The Position

H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth technology firm, is seeking a Jr Associate Dashboard Developer to support a U.S. government client. This Dashboard Developer will build and maintain financial and customer-service dashboards, data extracts, calculations and visual reports. This is an onsite position supporting a government client. The position requires U.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area.
2+ years of dashboard experience.
FileOnQ, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau experience.
Direct experience working on DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
U.S. citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

Applicable API, data quality and AI experience.
Experience with queries and transformations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial and customer-service dashboards, data extracts, calculations and visual reports.
Translate user requirements into documented reporting logic.
Validate source data and outputs, document transformations, and reconcile report totals to financial records.
Support automated/manual data quality checks and defect remediation.
Support approved CMM/FileOnQ and SharePoint data workflows, version control, technical documentation, testing, configuration, and release coordination.
Support applicable data dictionaries, lineage, schemas, exportability, accessibility, and secure data access requirements with qualified team members.
