Responsibilities

Train team members on customer support, sales techniques, and product features.
Provide customers with a warm welcome, assist them in finding products, answer questions, and explain product details.
Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
Ensure the store runs smoothly and the team provides outstanding customer service.
Achieve personal sales goals.
Share necessary information with the team to achieve joint sales goals.
Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment that fosters excellence, pride, and belonging.
Bring the company's vision, mission, and brand culture to life and share them with the team.
Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model.
Build a high-performance team by recruiting, preparing, and training employees, and sourcing candidates.
Manage team members' absences and lateness.
Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms with the help of the team.
Stay informed about competitor activities.
Reflect the brand image to build a steady and loyal customer base.
Assist with planning incoming orders and ensure efficient visual display setup.
Maintain the look and cleanliness of the store and backstore.
Analyze sales, in-store traffic, and productivity reports and share results with the team.
Open and close the store.
