About The Position

The Junior Analyst Intern will support the ARCHIMED Investor Relations team across capital formation, LP servicing and investor communications. Reporting to the IR leadership, the intern will gain broad exposure to the full spectrum of IR work while taking direct ownership of specific projects and deliverables. This is a high-visibility six-month program for an intellectually curious, detail-oriented individual who wants to develop a foundational understanding of institutional capital formation, private equity operations and the healthcare investment landscape. The role offers meaningful responsibility, mentorship from senior IR professionals and a clear window into institutional investor expectations and motivations.

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate (within 2 years) pursuing or holding a degree in finance, economics, business administration or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to distil information clearly and concisely.
  • Genuine interest in private equity, institutional investment and healthcare. Prior sector experience is not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn new software and tools is important.
  • High initiative and intellectual curiosity. Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Sound judgment, reliability and the ability to work effectively across a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Support investor meetings and roadshow preparation, including materials coordination, presentation rehearsal and follow-up logistics.
  • Track and update investor pipeline databases and capital formation metrics under the supervision of senior IR leadership.
  • Assist with investor due diligence processes, including DDQ organization and coordination.
  • Research institutional investor priorities, competitive positioning and market intelligence relevant to capital formation strategy.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly LP reporting packages, including data compilation and document organization.
  • Assist with capital call and distribution communications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the investor base.
  • Help coordinate Investor AGM logistics and materials preparation in partnership with senior IR staff.
  • Support the organization and filing of investor documentation and side letter records.
  • Develop and maintain database materials tracking institutional LP preferences, fund performance and competitor positioning in the healthcare PE market.
  • Prepare fact sheets, summary materials and investor briefings on ARCHIMED's strategy, portfolio and performance.
  • Conduct market research on healthcare investment trends, competitor fundraising activity and institutional investor sentiment.
  • Respond to routine investor inquiries and administrative requests with appropriate escalation to senior IR staff.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements to IR processes, tools and investor communications.
  • Support ad hoc projects and requests from the IR leadership team as priorities evolve.
