About The Position

The BMO Global Asset Management Rotational Program is a 2-year paid rotational program for new graduates designed to provide an opportunity to explore the various roles and teams within GAM and experience our culture. This unique program combines on the job learning with meaningful work experiences and networking opportunities to develop individuals’ knowledge of our organization, lines of business and our wide variety of products and services. Candidates selected for this program will complete four 6-month rotations over the 24-month period, resulting in individuals who are prepared and ready to grow their career with us.

• Working towards the completion of the CSC.
• Undergraduate University Degree (completed or in final year of study).
• Solid track record of success.
