About The Position

This position supports the United States Central Command J2 Directorate through all-source intelligence analysis in the Joint Intelligence Center (JIC). The analyst produces fused analysis and assessments that inform senior leaders, including the CENTCOM Commander, and support global missions and customers. The role involves researching information through a variety of databases and toolsets, compiling and analyzing complex data, and developing assessments in accordance with ODNI analytic tradecraft standards. Analysts support the Government’s production, dissemination, and application of intelligence across a broad range of subject areas. The position is based in an office and has an 8-hour day-shift schedule; in some cases, support may involve 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug screening. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 2 years of intelligence analysis experience; alternatively, specialized training (MOS equivalent), 2 years of intelligence analysis experience, and recent equivalent intelligence or academic experience.
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent MOS.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and produce intelligence products in support of global missions and customers.
Apply ODNI analytic tradecraft standards while researching information using databases and toolsets, compiling and analyzing complex data, and developing assessments.
Maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and Areas of Interest.
Gather and analyze information and provide recommendations to support Government production, dissemination, and application of intelligence products.
Support the Joint Intelligence Center, including, in some cases, 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning.
Comply with Amentum safety, quality, operational, environmental, and procedural requirements; complete applicable training and safety responsibilities.
