About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Junior Algorithm Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics, and machine learning, with a proven track record of developing and implementing complex algorithms for real-world applications.

Primary Functions

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in algorithm development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in machine learning, data mining, and statistical modeling.
• Background in digital signal processing
• In-depth knowledge of algorithm design and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with specific algorithm domains (e.g., computer vision, natural language processing, reinforcement learning).
• Publications in top-tier academic conferences or journals.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and cloud computing platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++
• Experience in FPGA design
• Experience in radar systems and radar signal processing
