About The Position

At Immigrant Invest, we combine advanced technology with deep expertise in investment migration, helping clients obtain citizenship and residency quickly and transparently. We're looking for a Junior AI Automation Engineer who already has hands-on experience building and maintaining production automations. We're looking for someone who has supported real workflows after launch and understands what happens when automation meets production. You'll join our AI Automation team responsible for 60+ production workflows powering customer operations, AI chat agents, voice automation, CRM integrations, document generation, and internal business processes. Your primary focus will be ensuring these systems remain reliable while gradually taking ownership of building and improving new automations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience building and maintaining production automations.
  • Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting automation systems after deployment—not just building them.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests, and JSON.
  • Experience with Python for code review & edits.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI tools and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to solving problems.
  • Advanced English & Russian

Nice To Haves

  • CRM automation experience.
  • Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, or LLM-based workflows.
  • SQL or PostgreSQL familiarity.
  • Google Workspace integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot production automation workflows.
  • Investigate alerts, identify root causes, and resolve common issues independently.
  • Configure monitoring, retries, and error handling.
  • Produce weekly system health reports and proactively improve workflow reliability.
  • Support internal teams when automation incidents occur.
  • Maintain and improve existing AI-powered automation systems.
  • Build and improve workflows using Make, n8n and other automation platforms.
  • Implement proven automation patterns across existing systems.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions using OpenAI and other LLMs for document generation, text processing, multilingual analysis, and business process automation.
  • Improve workflow resilience through retries, duplicate protection, and better error handling.
  • Clean up legacy workflows and technical debt.
  • Build small internal automation projects as your ownership grows.
  • Assist Senior AI Automation Engineer on Python projects.
  • Maintain clear documentation for workflows and integrations.
  • Document system behaviour, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.
