About The Position

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on building AI agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), and automating business workflows by connecting AI technologies with existing enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, integration tools, and internal applications. The ideal candidate combines software engineering, AI application development, and process automation expertise to transform business workflows through intelligent automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • 2+ years of experience implementing automation or workflow solutions
  • 1–2 years of practical experience working with AI/LLM technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks
  • Experience building API integrations between multiple systems
  • Experience designing automation pipelines or intelligent workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js
  • Experience building API-driven services and integrations
  • Experience working with OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
  • Experience working with LangChain or LlamaIndex
  • Experience with Prompt engineering
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Experience with SQL and data pipelines
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
  • Experience with document retrieval systems
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
  • Knowledge of serverless architecture
  • Knowledge of scalable microservices

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI agents to automate operational and knowledge-based tasks.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) into internal tools and workflows.
  • Build conversational and task-oriented AI assistants for internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI and workflow automation tools.
  • Develop automation pipelines that connect AI agents with enterprise systems.
  • Improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation and decision-support systems.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as ERP systems, CRM systems, logistics platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain API-based integrations between AI services and business systems.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions to enable AI agents to access internal knowledge bases.
  • Manage structured and unstructured data sources used by AI applications.
  • Build vector databases or knowledge repositories for AI search and reasoning.
  • Design scalable AI automation frameworks and reusable components.
  • Build internal tools that allow teams to deploy AI-powered workflows efficiently.
  • Ensure automation solutions are reliable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Work closely with product teams, operations teams, and leadership to identify high-value AI use cases.
  • Provide technical guidance on AI capabilities and limitations.
  • Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap development.
