About The Position

RecruitGo is seeking an AI Automation & Systems Engineer to enhance secure automation workflows across the company. This role involves utilizing tools like n8n, Claude, Google Workspace, APIs, and other AI platforms to automate processes, integrate systems, and develop dashboards. A key aspect of this position is ensuring the security of automated workflows, including managing permissions and safeguards to protect sensitive company and client data.

Requirements

• Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Understanding of access controls, permissions, authentication, and security best practices.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Google APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Google service accounts and OAuth.
• Experience with databases and dashboards.
• Experience with Noloco, Retool, or Looker Studio.
• Experience with cloud platforms or DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n and AI tools.
• Use Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms to automate business processes.
• Connect different systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Work with Google Workspace, Google APIs, and service accounts.
• Manage access, permissions, and security controls for automated tasks.
• Add safeguards to reduce security and data risks.
• Connect existing data sources and build internal and client-facing dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and integrations.
• Document workflows and technical processes.
• Work with different teams to identify opportunities for automation.
• Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and ensure that client expectations are met.
