We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. The successful candidate will assist with reporting, document management, onboarding support, recruiting support, and day-to-day operational administration.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative or office support experience is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support operations and management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Support data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Assist with tracking operational data, compiling reports, and organizing project documentation
  • Help ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy when handling sensitive information
