Requirements
- 1 year accounting experience (AP/AR)
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration
- Large ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor)
- Intermediate excel: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- Drives/has a car
Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting requirements
- Analyze accounting data and identify discrepancies or process improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis using Excel and ERP systems
- Collaborate with operational and non-financial stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting deadlines
