Junior Accountant, Canadian Tax Services (September 2026) Vancouver
About The Position
Our Vancouver office is looking for a Junior Accountant to join the Canadian Tax team in September 2026. This is a net new role and responsibilities will include: Efficiently utilize technical knowledge to prepare tax returns for a variety of clients Contribute to tax compliance projects and other assignments Assist with researching tax issues and documenting this research in tax memos or client letters Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Currently working towards a degree/diploma, focused in accounting
- A desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
- Proven leadership skill and can take initiative to seek understanding
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
