Requirements
- Background in Accounting / Finance
- 0–3 years of experience (open to fresh grads with internships)
- Basic understanding of US tax (Sales Tax is a plus)
- Familiar with QuickBooks or similar tools
- Mandarin Chinese as a working language
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Support US tax filings and documentation
- Assist CPA firms during tax season
- Prepare tax forms (1099, W-9, etc.)
- Handle bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Work on e-commerce platform financial data
- Support reporting and financial analysis
