About The Position

Tronex International, Inc. is seeking a Junior Accountant / Accounting Assistant to support the accounting department in its daily operations. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years combined accounting/business working experience.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail, good time management, and clear communication skills.

Nice To Haves

SAP Business One experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized financial records.
Reconcile monthly bank statements to ensure general ledger accuracy.
Assist with processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices.
Help the team prepare schedules and adjustments for month-end closing.
Respond professionally to internal and external customer billing inquiries.
Support the accounting department with various administrative and clerical tasks.
Reviewing and processing expense reports.
Pulling requested invoices, receipts, and ledger schedules for external auditors.
Organizing and digitizing physical accounting documents to maintain tax compliance.
