About The Position

The Junior Account Representative supports Senior Account Executives within the West Division sales team while developing the foundational skills needed to grow into a full Account Executive role. This role provides hands-on exposure to client relationship management, sales processes, and the legal services industry through direct collaboration with a high-performing sales professional. It is designed as a development opportunity, allowing the employee to actively contribute to revenue-generating activities while building product knowledge, client engagement skills, and account management experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to a Senior Account Executive, including preparing sales materials, managing follow-ups, and maintaining pipeline accuracy in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ensure all client communications, tasks, and opportunities are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all U.S. Legal Support service lines, including court reporting, record retrieval, process serving, interpreting and translation, and trial services.
  • Attend client calls and meetings to take detailed notes, track action items, and support follow-up execution.
  • Assist in managing client accounts in alignment with the Senior Account Executive’s direction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and communicate growth strategies.
  • Conduct research and support business development efforts through proactive outreach and coordination.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and professional documentation within CRM systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Sales Department.
