About The Position

Paysafe is seeking a Junior Account Executive to support new business development by engaging prospective and existing clients, generating sales opportunities, and helping customers through the application and onboarding process. This role also supports the growth of referral partnerships and works closely with internal teams and existing partners to strengthen relationships and drive results. This is a hybrid position based in our Jacksonville, FL office, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers
  • Basic analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
  • Merchant services or banking experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support the in-house sales team with daily follow-up and administrative tasks
  • Make outbound calls daily to prospective merchants and referral partners
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities and approved deals
  • Guide new customers through the application and onboarding process
  • Provide information and support to prospective clients as needed
  • Assist with rate analyses and statement reviews when required
  • Prepare materials for marketing and mailing campaigns
  • Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Attend tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events as needed
  • Promote value-added products such as Clover, Cash Advance, and Telecheck
  • Work toward meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals
