About The Position

FAM Brands is a leading designer, manufacturer, and seller of men's and women's sportswear and activewear apparel. We serve major retailers, big box stores, and specialty boutiques globally. Our mission is to provide high-quality apparel at an accessible value. The Junior Account Executive role is an entry-to-mid-level position focused on sales and client services. This role supports senior team members by managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales to drive revenue, serving as a foundational step towards becoming an Account Executive.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion & Design or a related field is typically preferred.
  • 0-3 years of transferrable experience in customer-facing roles, internships or inside sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate value and build rapport.
  • The ability to juggle multiple accounts, manage time efficiently, and track metrics.
  • A competitive, self-motivated personality with a strong desire to hit sales targets and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying prospects, qualifying inbound leads, and managing cold outreach (calls, emails, social media).
  • Assisting senior executives in preparing sales pitches, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Maintaining day-to-day client communications, processing orders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead statuses.
  • Tracking industry trends and analyzing competitor products to identify new business opportunities.
  • Administrative support to leadership, hosting guests and sending out samples to clients.
