Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, finance, or a related field preferred
- Mortgage or financial services background is a plus
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume outreach
- Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic business tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners
- Manage and track a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems
- Support clients throughout the loan process, ensuring consistent communication
- Identify market trends and target high-quality opportunities
- Assist with industry events, trade shows, and networking initiatives
