About The Position

We are currently hiring immediately for an Entry Level Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in account management, client relations, marketing, sales, communications, fundraising, or business development. Requirements

  • No prior experience required — full paid training provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing client and nonprofit accounts during live events and promotional campaigns
  • Build positive relationships with customers, donors, community members, and event attendees
  • Support account management teams with campaign coordination and customer engagement
  • Represent nonprofit partners and client campaigns professionally at community outreach events
  • Provide information regarding fundraising initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community programs
  • Help track campaign performance, customer interactions, and event participation
  • Assist with client communication, reporting, and follow-up support
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all events and outreach activities
