This is a hybrid role that blends in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work independently.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or full-cycle sales role. This is a great next step for someone ready to grow into more ownership, not for someone who has already worked as a full-cycle Account Executive.
• Comfortable and genuinely experienced using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for prospecting, research, and writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with government and public-sector stakeholders.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a pipeline independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in learning government procurement processes and public-sector sales cycles.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales analytics.
• Hybrid position: comfortable splitting time between in-office collaboration and independent, self-managed work.

Responsibilities

• Own a full-cycle sales process: from qualifying inbound leads to closing new accounts.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) daily to accelerate prospecting, research accounts, and draft outreach and proposals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of municipal, parks & recreation, and public-agency prospects.
• Run discovery calls and demos to understand a community's needs around app-based kayak/rec-equipment rental and bikeshare.
• Navigate early-stage government procurement conversations and hand off complex RFP work with support from senior team members.
• Build relationships with city officials, parks department staff, and community leaders.
• Keep CRM data clean and current, and use sales analytics to prioritize your pipeline.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales collateral, messaging, and AI-assisted workflows.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (DOE)
• Commission: 4%, Uncapped.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $110,000+ at plan
• Ramp-Up Program: Monthly commission guarantee (draw) during your first 4 months, negotiable based on prior track record.
