Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of the Juice Bar Department staff.
Assist with planning, assigning, and directing work.
Support staff development, performance reviews, scheduling, rewarding, and disciplining employees.
Address customer complaints and resolve problems.
Oversee the selling of juices, smoothies, and related items.
Ensure the Juice Bar Department is clean and meets Bristol Farms standards.
Create a welcoming, warm, and friendly environment.
Practice safe food handling procedures at all times.
Coordinate activities of employees engaged in sales and processing of Juice Bar products in the absence of the Juice Bar Manager.
Train and develop employees on freshness, quality, customer service, and sanitation.
Assist with ordering and receiving of products, and proper invoice routing.
Implement and execute all merchandising programs.
Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise to promote sales.
Package, display, and merchandise Juice Bar goods according to company standards.
Inspect products to ensure Bristol Farms standards of quality, weight specifications, and presentation.
Communicate with the Juice Bar Manager and Store Director on all department-related issues.
Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
