Supreme Court of Ohio Justice Megan E. Shanahan is accepting applications for the position of Judicial Law Clerk in her chambers. This position will commence September 2026. Law Clerks/Judicial Attorneys review and analyze arguments presented in a variety of motions and memoranda involving all areas of the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction under Article IV, Section 2(B) of the Ohio Constitution. In addition, Law Clerks/Judicial Attorneys research and prepare initial drafts of merit opinions at the direction of the Justice. The salary for the position will be set based on experience with a range beginning at $110,593.60. A competitive benefits package is also provided. This is a State of Ohio, exempt, unclassified position.
