About The Position
The Judicial Appointments Commission has received a request from the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration to recommend applicants for the appointment of three persons to the Office of Judge of the High Court. The application process is now open, with a closing date of 5pm on Thursday 18th June 2026. Applicants must register, complete, and submit their application through the online portal on the Commission’s website. Referees should be contacted early to allow sufficient time for reference submission. The selection process will be conducted under transitional arrangements until a judicial selection statement is finalized, adhering to procedures and criteria determined by the Commission, consistent with the Act.
