About The Position

TTI Canada is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of JSS Territory Representative in Thunder Bay, ON. This role is responsible for educating, converting, and expanding the Milwaukee brand, while driving incremental Point of Sale (POS) growth through distribution partners. The ideal candidate will possess the passion, initiative, and drive to work alongside distribution partners, calling on predetermined mid-market end users and focusing on solutions-based selling with distribution partner outside sales representatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective business communication skills, broad business perspective, and market savvy.
  • Ability to work well with others and possess a growth mindset.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet business objectives and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and eagerness to give and receive feedback.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all assigned field marketing activities to drive brand awareness, convert assigned end users, and increase POS growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team and distribution partners to execute strategic conversion and sales plans for a targeted list of end users.
  • Build strong relationships with select distribution partners.
  • Meet and exceed all assigned targets.
  • Ensure that conversion programs are being used in a financially responsible manner.
  • Track and/or communicate plans, conversions, POS, metrics, and successes.
  • Be a product and application expert for Milwaukee’s breadth of line in Cordless, Safety, Accessories, Hand Tools, PPE, and Corded products.
  • Operate within the established budget guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the JSS team strategies and various other Sales, Product, & Marketing roles.
