This role involves providing independent and objective assistance to the government in innovation integration and international operations support. The Senior Innovation Integrator will derive requirements, perform technology assessments, develop acquisition strategies, conduct risk assessments, develop cost estimates, determine system specifications, generate analyses, testing and simulation to inform government decisions, author and present program briefings, and provide objective verification that system designs meet operational needs. This includes assisting in the prioritization of advanced research and development projects and integrating emerging technologies into existing products and prototyping efforts. The role routinely involves leading conversations at the Service, Interagency, and Intelligence Community Three and Four Star Levels, synchronizing JSOC internal development efforts across multiple assigned units, and preparing product development efforts for transition to Capability Development Directorates. The International Operations Support SME will perform functional duties independently, similar to a Program Manager. This includes assisting in the research, analysis, development, staffing, and management of the SOF AT&L International Engagement Strategy and associated documents. Responsibilities also include assisting in the management of applicable Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and developing new MOUs, assisting in capability disclosure determinations, and evaluating Classified Military Information (CMI) for foreign disclosure. The role involves assisting in developing Equipment and Material Transfer Agreements (EMTA) and Project Arrangements (PA), supporting the Foreign Visitor Request (FVR) process, and managing and updating International Operations information management systems. Additionally, the SME will assist in developing responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Letters of Request (LOR), and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) associated with the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Excess Defense Articles (EDA) programs, as well as assisting in the development of schedules, reports, briefs, information/point/white papers, and responses for the Task Management Tool (TMT).
