Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Petroleum, Oil, Lubricants Manager (3860) in Webster, TX. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience.
- United States citizenship.
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) compliance programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Develop, implement, and oversee POL program procedures, inspections, and reporting.
- Provide technical oversight related to storage tanks, spill prevention, and controls.
