Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Air Program Manager (3858) in Webster, TX. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering (or Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science with sufficient air program experience).
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Title V permit compliance and air quality consulting.
- Experience with TCEQ non-attainment area regulations.
- Experience with Asbestos NESHAP and ozone-depleting substance (ODS) requirements.
- United States citizenship.
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage air quality and emissions compliance programs.
- Oversee Title V permitting, compliance, and reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local air regulations.
- Provide technical direction and regulatory interface support.
