The Jr Travel Analyst will support a federal agency located in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 5 days a week of work, with core hours between 8 am and 5 pm ET. The role involves serving as a key travel contact for Fraud Section employees, providing technical, policy, and process advice on travel to employees, attorneys, and management officials. Responsibilities include interpreting travel requests, preparing authorizations, processing reimbursements, reviewing travel documents in the E2 Solutions system, coordinating international travel documents like passports and visas, conducting monthly travel updates, acting as a liaison between finance and travel teams, making reservations, evaluating current travel operations, recommending improvements, documenting processes, developing metrics, and assisting with creating materials related to the travel program.
