We are seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to join our team and support our client in the Annapolis Junction, MD area, driving positive change and advancing government missions.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field
Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

Ability to lead and manage design and development activities
Proficient in developing technical documentation and system planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials
Proven ability to review and approve system engineering documentation
In-depth knowledge and experience in Scrum methodologies and Agile practices

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activities
Provide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverables
Develop technical and system documentation
Plan system development and interact with government officials
Review and approve system engineering documentation
Conduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systems
Develop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysis
