About The Position

Join Airbus Testia Canada in Laval-Quebec to support the development of our cybersecurity activities in North America. In this role, you will act as a key link between technical delivery and regional business growth. You will represent the Airbus Protect portfolio while helping to build our local operations in the Canadian and US markets.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Business Management.
  • A Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC, risk management, or auditing.
  • Good understanding of North American security standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, CMMC, CIRCIA, Bill C-26, Loi 25, ISO 27001).
  • Solid experience with information security domains such as secure architectures, network protocols, PKI, and vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of defensive security principles (IT/System/Product architecture).
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and solve problems effectively.
  • Clear communication skills to interact with both technical teams and management.
  • Initial experience or strong interest in project leadership and client relationship management.
  • Good ability in team management, project leadership, and managing customer relationships.
  • Good track record in team leadership, conflict management.
  • Good experience in overseeing financial performance and service quality.
  • Business Acumen: ability or willingness to support sales activities, conduct technical feasibility analyses, and contribute to commercial proposals.
  • Adaptability to different situations, and you are autonomous in your tasks and missions.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required for operations in Canada (with a large French spoken environment) and the US.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cyber risk analyses to protect client environments and systems.
  • Identify critical assets, model risk scenarios, and propose practical action plans based on risk assessment methodologies like EBIOS RM or ISO 27005.
  • Assist in implementing cybersecurity governance and compliance strategies.
  • Help ensure policies meet standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and local regulations (e.g., CMMC, CIRCIA).
  • Provide high-level expertise in regulatory frameworks (e.g. NIST) and support audits to recommend security improvements.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow our customer base within the aerospace, transport, and energy sectors.
  • Provide technical support during feasibility analyses for the entire Cyber, Export Control, and data management portfolio, support the preparation of technical proposals and participate in presentations to prospective clients.
  • Serve as a reliable contact for clients, ensuring service quality and budget follow-up , and identifying service enhancements.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure that services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality.
  • Help mentor new colleagues and coordinate resource allocation.
  • Work in close coordination with the Airbus Protect Customer Service Manager (CSM) in Europe to remain aligned with global operational and managerial objectives.
