Jr. Security Admin (Korean Bilingual)
About The Position
This position manages the day-to-day operation of enterprise information security solutions, primarily focusing on Data Loss Prevention (DLP). It supports security systems and servers, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates with internal IT and security teams. Professional proficiency in Korean and English is required for frequent communication with Korea Headquarters. The role supports the operation, monitoring, and administration of DLP and other enterprise security solutions; reviews security alerts, policy events, system issues, and operational requests; and assists with troubleshooting security systems and related Windows and Linux servers. It performs basic server administration and maintenance under established procedures and supports upgrades, migrations, relocation, system transitions, and other infrastructure activities as needed. The position collaborates with network, infrastructure, application, help desk, and other teams to resolve technical issues; participates in testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of security technologies; and coordinates with Korea Headquarters and local teams on operational issues, system changes, security requirements, and technical matters. It also creates and maintains technical documentation, records issues and resolutions, supports audits and compliance requests, and assists with other information security projects according to team priorities.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Korean and English, including verbal and written communication.
- Basic understanding of information security concepts and principles.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, ports, and firewalls.
- Strong interest in learning and developing hands-on information security skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot by gathering information, analyzing issues, and working with appropriate teams when additional support is needed.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to clearly record and document technical issues, procedures, and resolutions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing operational needs.
Nice To Haves
- Up to 2 years of experience in Information Security, IT, System Administration, Network Administration, Technical Support, or a related field.
- Internship, academic project, or hands-on lab experience related to information security, systems, or networking.
- Experience supporting internal employees, business users, or customers in a technical environment.
- Exposure to DLP, web proxy, email security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, or other security technologies.
- Experience or familiarity with Windows or Linux server administration.
- Experience working in a global organization or communicating with Korea-based teams.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Korea Headquarters and local teams regarding operational issues, system changes, security requirements, and technical matters.
- Create and maintain work instructions, operating procedures, troubleshooting records, and other technical documentation.
- Document issues, investigation findings, actions taken, and final resolutions.
- Support security audits, compliance requests, evidence collection, and other security-related activities as needed.
- Assist with additional information security projects and operational responsibilities based on team priorities.
