Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Previous recruiting, customer service, administrative, or HR experience preferred.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or administrative support.
Experience sourcing candidates through online job boards and social media platforms.
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment processes.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding documentation.
Update and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare offer letters and other employment-related documents as needed.
Assist recruiters with recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Provide administrative support to the recruiting and HR team.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruiting goals and projects.
