This role will assist in the planning and execution of album/single releases, conduct market research, generate marketing ideas, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, track production timelines, create decks, collect and upload assets, track trending topics, maintain an influencers database, organize audio files and creative materials, recruit and manage producers and songwriters, review demos, coordinate writing sessions and camps, coordinate records and sessions for mixing and mastering, analyze and manage song release dates, budgeting, and project scheduling. The role also involves relevant support work such as updating and organizing files, checklists, processing and tracking expenses and invoices, and itinerary and travel for artists. A flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays is required, along with communication with Headquarters in the Miami time zone.
