About The Position

We are looking for reliable employees who work well with others and have strong leadership skills! This is a great opportunity where hard work will accompany growth throughout the data center industry. This person is going to be heavily invested in admin work, as well as investing their time into assuring the site is controlled and running properly. This position is 100% on-site! There is potential for travel to the South hill site. You will be offered per diam if the trip exceeds more than 1 day. (This is not a desk position: 70 field work / 30 "desk" - needs to be a local)

Requirements

Foreman Level (Journeyman Level Licensing)
5-7 Years experience
Knowledge of multiple disciplines (Fire Alarm, Telecom, Security, Electrical)
Entry level leadership training and communication training
8-10 years experience
Proven to manage 15+
SME in a discipline with licensing or accredited certifications (be able to provide guidance)
Mid-to-high knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, MS projects or other scheduling tools
Proficient in software
Cable, Cat5, Cabling, Cable installation, Punchdown
Great communication, strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

Manage a crew of 11-25 people
Conduct toolbox talk and productive whiteboard meetings
Maintain Crews timesheets
Preparing daily reports, logs, and schedule updates
Maintaining BIR owned equipment (company first mentality)
Meeting participation and can speak on BIR behalf in meetings
Experience in exposure to multiple projects, coordination with other trades
Maintain daily productivity and work sequencing
Resolve conflicts with the customer and trade partners
Maintain professionalism in tense/High Pressure environments
Knowledge of codes, inspections, site required specs and construction sequencing
Understand constructions processes- RFI’s, RFQ’s, Man loaders
